(1) Any government agency or the corporations owned by Government of Nepal, intending to accept documents in electronic form or any fees or amounts by electronic means, shall have to publish a public notice of taking, receiving or accepting of such documents, fees or amounts and shall disclose the electronic address where such documents in electronic form are sent.
(2) The documents, fees and amounts etc. of electronic form, sent with digital signature to the electronic address disclosed under Sub-rule
(1), shall be deemed to have been received or accepted by such an agency or corporation.
